C.A.R. Legal Live Webinar: Changes to the RPA

The C.A.R. Standard Forms Committee (SFAC) has formed a study group to look into revising the Residential Purchase Agreement in 2020.
Since the last substantive revision of the RPA in 2014, the SFAC has collected about 100 comments and suggestions for ways to make the form, and your transactions, better.
Maybe you think everything in the form deserves a complete make-over. Maybe you think everything should be left alone. Maybe you think a tweak here or there is good enough.
The opportunity to affect the residential purchase agreement does not come around that often. Here is your chance, early in the process, to give your input and make your voice heard.

Standard Forms legal advisors Neil Kalin and Howard Fallman will lead this webinar to let you know what the study group is thinking about, and maybe address some questions on what is legally mandated versus good risk management practice, but mostly to collect your thoughts and ideas and pass them on to the members of the study group.
