PAR Membership Lunch Meeting via Zoom

PAR’s first Membership Lunch Meeting of the year will feature a  Civil Code Compliance seminar sponsored by Property ID. 

The event will begin at noon, online  via Zoom.  Bring your own lunch and join in from the safety of your home!

Attorney Mailana Mavromatis will speak on a variety of topics including AB 38 Fire Disclosure updates, new maps coming from FEMA, and tips to avoid liability and stay out of court.

Mavromatis lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and focuses on protecting real estate agents and brokers from non-disclosure lawsuits. She became a lawyer in 1997, and is the former president of the real estate section of the Bar Association in the East Bay.
